SOUGHT JOHN D.; GETS JAIL
Woman Who Threatened Rockefeller Sentenced to Prison for Sixty Days by Gotham Judge.
New York, May 7.—Marie Ganz, who endeavored to see John D. Rockefeller, Jr., to protest against the Colorado strike conditions and, in speaking for the I. W. W., declared she "would shoot him down like a dog," was sentenced to 60 diays in the workhouse by Magistrate Murphy on a disorderly charge. The young woman smiled when sentence was pronounced, and said she had a good book to read during the time.
