NEW YORK, May 2—Demonstrations yesterday against John D. Rockefeller.
Jr. because of his attitude in the Colorado strike situation were unmarked by
disturbances of moment, the chief development of the day being the arrest of
Marie Ganz the Industrial Workers of the World orator, whose repeated threats

police attention.
Her threats were not made the direct basis of the charges against her,
